These are the tubes that connect your custom earmold to your BTE hearing aid.  They hare a lock that helps to hold the tubing in place.  It is for use with pliable molds ie. vinyl or silicone rather than hard acrylic.
These are not hearing aids but are disposable items to be used with hearing aids.  Ebay requires the disclosure regardless so here it is:
